RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely in love with your Tack Shack order. So if for any reason you want to return it, we offer store credit for the item/s you are returning, and an exchange in the case of faulty item/s. All items being returned must be requested within 7 working days from when you receive the item.
To arrange a return, simply email hello@tackshack.com.au and request a returns number. Please do not send items back without a returns number or your return maybe rejected. All in store credits are valid for one year from the return being processed.

RETURNS CRITERIA

  • In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the products are in the original condition you received it, i.e:

    • Tags still attached
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unstained
    • No Horse Hair
    • In its clear poly bag or original packaging - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag

    Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
    These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

    Footwear

    All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
    Please note, we require the shoes to be returned in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.

    Items excluded from returns

    • Special Order Products as shown on the product description eg Design your own Clothing, helmets or boots
    • Underwear of any kind such as Sports Bras, briefs or boxer shorts
    • Slow Selling Sizes or colours such as Helmet Sizes 49-54 and 59-65. Helmet Colours including Green, Brown or Grey.
    • Oversized or Bulky Items such as Saddles

    Faulty Items

    We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect!

    All refunds granted will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the item.

  •   Items Cancelled before expiry of supply time promise 

      All orders are supplied on 1-28 Day dispatch basis. Any orders placed will be sent by Tack Shack. Orders can then be requested to be returned for in store credit. 

  •   Method of return

      All items are to be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure all swing tags are attached and full contents including instructions are returned as per new. All items must be wrapped so that the original packaging is not defaced with shipping labels. Customers pay to return all items and are responsible for returning products via a tracked and insured service. Goods are not eligible for a refund or in store credit until products have been signed for by Tack Shack staff.
