In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the products are in the original condition you received it, i.e:
- Tags still attached
- No Horse Hair
- In its clear poly bag or original packaging - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag
Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.
All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
Please note, we require the shoes to be returned in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.
Items excluded from returns
- Special Order Products as shown on the product description eg Design your own Clothing, helmets or boots
- Underwear of any kind such as Sports Bras, briefs or boxer shorts
- Slow Selling Sizes or colours such as Helmet Sizes 49-54 and 59-65. Helmet Colours including Green, Brown or Grey.
- Oversized or Bulky Items such as Saddles
