We encourage our customers to measure themselves rather than just rely on the fact that they are a size 12 as size 12 can vary in actual size between manufacturers. Tack Shack does not cover the cost of return postage if an item is defect free and correctly supplied.Please note we are unable to provide instructions like please leave with neighbour or please leave behind fence as our insurance company does not support goods that have not been delivered to the recipient.Supply Time PromiseAs many of our goods come in from overseas, once an order is accepted it will be dispatched within 14-28 business days as stated on each product page under "Delivery Information section". Customers who wish to cancel goods before expiry of this time period without stating their required delivery date will issued in store credit in accordance with any other return. Special Order Items will be delivered in accordance with the 14-28 day rule or longer if stated and cannot be cancelled.
Special order products that are purchased via Layby will not be ordered until at least 50% of the value of the goods has been paid for.
Eg. David orders a $400 pair of special order boots which are usually 8-12 weeks supply time from point of order. David makes payments of $100 per week until the balance is paid off in 4 weeks. After 2 weeks Tack Shack will order the boots when $200 (50%) of the order value has been made. This is when the supply time will commence and the boots will be sent within 8-12 weeks from this pointWe offer 7 days returns on most products.
