Tack Shack now has warehouses in the UK as well as in Sydney. This means if one of our 9000+ product lines are not in stock in Sydney then we will dispatch to your door directly from our UK hub.
Goods dispatched from Sydney are via Australia Post or Startrack and orders shipped from the UK are delivered with Skynet (who usually use Toll or Australia Post for local delivery in Australia)

Dont worry if your order does not qualify for free delivery, our system will discount delivery charges for each additional product that you order.
We endeavor to post out goods in stock the same day they are ordered; however in busy periods this can take a little longer. If your order is required by a specific date then please email email@example.com prior to placing your order to check the required delivery date can be met.
Please note we offer over 9000 product lines and not all items are kept in stock. Our website does not keep or reflect live upto date stock. If your item is not is stock and has to be ordered in from overseas then please allow up to 5-28 business days dispatch. If your item is needed by a particular date then please contact our customer services team for availability prior to ordering.
We also have a note at our checkout in bold to check that items are in stock prior to placing your order with express shipping.
Postage costs are detailed at point of checkout depending on the product you order and where in Australia you live.
All goods are posted using either Australia Post registered mail service or for larger items such as saddles via courier. In the event that nobody is home to sign for the delivery, then Australia post will leave a card with a contact number of where the parcel is and what post office depot to collect it from. Australia Post offers a 1-2 business day Express service providing you are located within their express network area and a standard service. The usual delivery times of each service can be checked on the Australia Post website. Tack Shack does not accept any responsibility for late deliveries caused by a delivery company.
Please check your actual size measurements with any size chart provided. We encourage our customers to measure themselves rather than just rely on the fact that they are a size 12 as size 12 can vary in actual size between manufacturers. Tack Shack does not cover the cost of return postage if an item is defect free and correctly supplied.
Please note we are unable to provide instructions like please leave with neighbour or please leave behind fence as our insurance company does not support goods that have not been delivered to the recipient.
Supply Time Promise
As many of our goods come in from overseas, once an order is accepted it will be dispatched within 14-28 business days as stated on each product page under "Delivery Information section". Customers who wish to cancel goods before expiry of this time period without stating their required delivery date will issued in store credit in accordance with any other return. Special Order Items will be delivered in accordance with the 14-28 day rule or longer if stated and cannot be cancelled.
Special order products that are purchased via Layby will not be ordered until at least 50% of the value of the goods has been paid for.
Eg. David orders a $400 pair of special order boots which are usually 8-12 weeks supply time from point of order. David makes payments of $100 per week until the balance is paid off in 4 weeks. After 2 weeks Tack Shack will order the boots when $200 (50%) of the order value has been made. This is when the supply time will commence and the boots will be sent within 8-12 weeks from this point
We offer 7 days returns on most products. Some items are excluded from being returned and these are detailed in our terms and conditions on our website
