Here at Tack Shack we want to make sure that it's not just great value for money on our own Tack Shack branded products but branded goods too! We endeavour to always remain competitive on branded goods however, from time to time you may find the same branded product sold by a high street competitor at a lower price - If you do we are happy to uphold a price match claim.

WHO DO YOU PRICE MATCH?

High street competitors that trade on a similar or same basis as us, they must have a presence on the high street or similar out of town destination that is freely open to the public and on the Australian mainland. Like us they must carry sufficient levels of stock with a good proportion, if not all goods, in stock and available to buy and take away on site.

For example (but not exclusive); we would price match such high street competitors as Horseland, Saddleworld, Tailrace etc

WHO DONT YOU PRICE MATCH?

We see discounters, outlets and online only businesses as different to us. In many cases they will be operating without even a showroom, collection points or stocked goods, such discounters would also include auction sites, members clubs, market stalls or home shopping businesses

For example (but not exclusive); we would not price match such businesses as Amazon, ebay and play.com

HOW DO I CLAIM? 

Buying online (including mobile site and app):

Pre-purchase - If you find an identical item cheaper before you buy, email hello@tackshack.com.au. We’ll verify the price and send you an authorisation email, then once you've purchased the item from tackshack.com.au, let us know your order confirmation number and we'll process your claim.

Post-purchase - If you find an identical item cheaper within 7 days of purchasing it from tackshack.com.au, email hello@tackshack.com.au, with your order confirmation details and the full details of where you've seen the item cheaper.

Please do make sure that the product is an identical model, and that it's in stock. If you spotted the product in a shop, please provide us with the store name, location and phone number along with the product details and price. The shop or website must be a recognised business and not a private seller or auction site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a. Price match cannot be claimed where a product is sold at a different price in our Tack Shack store to tackshack.com.au

b. Applies to the Australia only.

c. Applies up to 7 days from date of in-store purchase or from date of delivery if item is purchased online or in-store for home delivery.

d. Applies to all branded items that are in stock.

e. Competitor products and service level must be identical (i.e. same name, model and colour, delivery option and lead time).

f. For personal use only (i.e. no trade sales or re-sales). Private sellers and auction sites do not qualify. We reserve the right to limit the price match offer to one of each item per customer, where we believe that products aren't being purchased for personal use.

g. Will not apply if the competitor product is used or damaged, e.g. ex display model.

h. To claim a price match on a linked or bundle deal, the individual items must be identical.

i. We will price match against the total cost of the item, including any delivery charges.

j. Competitors must be authorised Australian stockists, Australian registered websites or stores selling products in AUD $ for distribution within the UK.

k. Competitor product must be in stock and available for immediate collection/dispatch and the price must be current.

l. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or voucher code - either our price match or individual discount, promotion, or voucher code will apply based on whichever discount is greatest.

m. Will not apply if the selected retailer is in administration or closing down.

n. Applies only to the individual promotional price of the actual product, and excludes any overarching or store wide promotions, offers and discounts.
